Tournament Rules

These rules govern all BrainQuest tournaments. By entering a tournament, you agree to them.

Scoring: correct answers earn 100, 150, 200 or 300 points by difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert). On Silver and Gold, a wrong answer deducts 25, 38, 50 or 75 points by difficulty, so a wrong Expert answer costs 75. Free and Starter have no deduction. Scores never go below zero.

Rounds: each prize tournament has 2 scored rounds per day. Your daily score is the sum of both rounds, your weekly score is the sum of the 7 daily scores, and your season score is the sum of your weekly scores. Retrying a round to improve a score is not allowed.

Competition weeks: Week 1 runs Saturday 24 October to Friday 30 October 2026. After that, weeks run Sunday to Saturday, Dhaka time.

Prizes: each prize tournament pays fixed cash prizes for each place, daily and weekly, to up to 10 winners. There is one winning place for every 10 eligible players. A weekly prize is paid only when at least 10 eligible players took part that week. Places nobody fills are not paid and do not roll over.

Eligibility: you need a paid plan covering the day or week, no anti-cheat flag, and a round played in that period. Starter Sprint is for Starter, Cricket Clash for Silver and Gold, and Winter Championship for Gold. In the week you join, you can win daily prizes only, not weekly prizes.

One prize per bKash wallet per period: if two accounts on the same wallet place, only the higher place is paid and the next eligible player moves up.

Payment: prizes are sent to your verified bKash wallet within 48 hours of the competition week closing. Each payment is made by hand and checked by two people. The amount shown is what reaches your wallet; BrainQuest covers any withholding tax.

Interruptions: if your connection drops, the clock stops and you resume where you left off.
